Why is it that there is not one “free energy” system powering a home anywhere in the world?

Do you maybe think that all of these millions of man hours and millions of dollars have been wasted?

Why is it that when you look at all of these systems most are just trying to re-invent the wheel?

Their ideas have already been tried and they didn’t work, why spend time on the same idea again?

There are very good computer programs that can analyze any type of electrical or magnet circuit that anyone can conceive.

Why don’t all of the people who want to work in this field do this:

• Set up a computer lab to analyze all of these ideas before much time or any money has been spent on them.
• Whoever is running the system could charge a small fee to input the design and produce the output.  That would pay for the computer system and the cost to run it.
• Think of all of the millions of dollars and man hours that will be saved.
• You could even set it up so every system that is analyzed is put online for all to see.  That way if someone comes up with what they think is a new idea they can check to see similar results before spending time and money on it.
• Also the people operating the system in their spare time could input expired patents into the system to show everyone how they would work in the real world.
• It could be a place where anyone could go who is approached for money for a “free energy” system.  They could say, have your system analyzed there before I will invest.  Kind of like a UL system for “free energy.”

Just my two cents worth.

Crunch time for John Rohner.

“If John has a working Noble Gas Engine as he claims, and it will be demonstrated at the December 11, 2012 show, and if John has the organization of manufacturers in place as he claims, then Andrea Rossi might as well pack up his marbles (e-Cats) and go home.

But then again, after four years of vaporware and brochureware, if John Rohner via Inteligentry does not come through with a working engine at this show in two weeks, then I will actively put John Rohner on my confirmed list of scammers and fraudsters.

(Added December 1, 2012.  Just for a point of clarification.  This working engine must prove John’s claim that he has an engine that uses a very small amount of electricity that in turn creates a plasma in some Noble gas that powers an engine that produces 150 HP.  If John just hooks up an electric motor to a battery or the mains, and lets that run during the show that will prove nothing. John say this on his website:

“How the Plasmic Transition Process(tm) system works.

    To start this discussion, this Engine is not, just as the original Papp engine was not, a Pulsed Plasma motor.  Plasma is not retained and pulsed as many others have stated. The plasma is recreated with each power stroke and returns to a steady state gas on each return stroke thus the name Plasmic Transition Process . The initial power event and creation of plasma, for expansion, is derived from a actuation event within the cylinder, a very high voltage ball, similar to a lightning ball, is created at Top Dead Center (TDC) which creates a Plasmic Transition, expansion of 5 to 1, which is contained in a sealed cylinder thus pushing the Piston and rotating the crankshaft system.

So Horse Power is a straight rising line… As a Pilot it intrigues me how the 1 liter Twin, which makes about the same power as a six cylinder internal combustion engine, but with 1/4 the weight, could be on a personal aircraft that could fly, even at 90 miles an hour, across the ocean and then turn around and fly back. Put a good “auto pilot” in and kick back and relax in your own space.”

A different kind of analysis of the document “Is Commercial Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) The Real Deal?” by Tyler, has just been published.

This new article shows that even though Tyler says his paper about Rossi and investing in LENR is based only on facts, that is far from the truth.

And as always Gary Wright, the author, does not hold back his punches.  Here are a couple of quotes from the article, (used with permission).

• The publication by Tyler van Houwelingen called “Is Commercial Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) The Real Deal?” is a perfect example of why it is clear that Andrea Rossi has created a religious following of disciples, bowing and groveling at his feet just waiting for the chance to kiss his metaphorical ring.

• We wanted to just ignore Tyler, but Tyler and his manifesto have become a perfect example of why we say – Rossi with his e-Cat religion and his disciples are doing more damage to the whole cold fusion/LENR field than all of the critics combined.

• Since Tyler’s publication and talk at ICCF-17 was asked for, allowed, and is being promoted by the cold fusion/LENR group, it is clear to us this type of thing is one more reason why very few take cold fusion/LENR seriously today.  It must also be remembered that originally Tyler’s main reason for producing his document and talk was to promote Rossi’s e-Cat religion. (It is now only thinly veiled.)

We think that Gary Wright’s position is that if Tyler’s publication looks so bad to him, it will look that way to any other critical thinker, and therefore will have the opposite effect than that intended by Tyler.

We are still waiting for the promised stories on the Thermoelectric Project and the SGS Certification.  It seems that waiting is par for the course with anything connected with Mr. Andrea Rossi.

Gary Wright has just published an article giving a current and up-to-date peek into how and why the USPTO is rejecting cold fusion/LENR patents.

The story is based on a complete analysis of the Santilli LENR patent, including the latest papers sent to the USPTO by Santilli on October 18, 2012 and the Oral Interview in October also. Here are some of the patent examiner’s comments in the section “The Final Rejection.”

•  “More importantly, said Declaration fails to provide direct and convincing evidence that a preponderance of evidence against utility as transpired from the examination of the state of the art as set forth in the prior Office Action does not exist: websites to what basically are applicant’s own work are less than convincing because the examiner should already reasonably have concluded that applicant stands by his own work: It has long been known what applicant believes he has achieved. Furthermore, the problem is not that no proponents can be found, but that there is a preponderance of evidence against credibility of the asserted utility. Since applicant is convinced, why not submit his work in the form of a working device to be tested by a scientifically reputed and fully neutral institution, such as either the National Institute of Science and Technology ( NIST) or the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)? A positive outcome of such test would certainly convince any examiner to withdraw the rejections for lack of utility and for lack of enablement.”

• “Finally, applicant is kindly invited to provide evidence of the scientific standing of the journal ” New Advances in Physics”; neither the examiner nor search support staff has been able to find said journal indexed in any commercial database.”

• “According to examiner’s information, furthermore, and applicant may correct examiner if incorrect: Manager and CEO of aforementioned publishing company is his spouse, Ms. Carla Santilli, casting some doubt on the neutrality of the publishing company.”

Mr. Rossi take note, the patent office does not like information from self published blogs and phony “scientific journals.”

We will let the readers judge the article after reading it themselves, but we noticed one thing; mostly it is about what Mr. Gluck thinks about the certainty in the tone and contents of the website.

Like most people following the story of the E-Cat, Mr. Gluck seems to have mixed emotions about Mr. Rossi.  Maybe one of these days someone will write an article about why so many people are mesmerized by Mr. Rossi in this way.

The following information was added to the article on the Mr. John Rohner patent.

We think the new updates are definitely worth reading.

“Misleading comments posted on the Inteligentry.com website prompted us to provide an UPDATED-REVISED-EXPANDED article on the rejection of all 18 claims in the John Rohner Noble gas engine patent application. Please read the latest version, even if you read the first one, because three more complete patents are included that were referenced by the patent examiner.

First of all we never said that the patent application was dead.  But we also think Mr. John Rohner’s statements above were worded to be deliberately misleading.  Mr. Rohner is trying to give the impression that because the original patent was spit into two patents, then all of the latest comments by the patent examiner were to explain just how Mr. Rohner must revise his patent application accordingly. Nothing could be further from the truth.  But Mr. Rohner has now muddied the waters by stirring them up with these misleading statements.  Here is the truth of the situation.  We will provide what has happened at every step of the way, working forwards.”

We can only say Mr. Gary Wright must have some insider knowledge to continue this relentless dogging of Mr. Andrea Rossi.  Does he know something the rest of us do not?

His latest posting finishes out the Mr. Roger Green and Mr. Robert K. emails.  But there is more, you will have to read it for yourself.  He says:

On September 5, 2012 – Transfer Inquiry to GAU – The GAU is the final destination where the patent examiners will make their final analysis and give their final answer – Yes or No.

Won’t be long now.  Of course there is a lot of negotiation that can go on during this stage.  And of course the decision, if the patent is rejected, can be appealed both at the patent office and in the courts.

It all depends on how much money Mr. Rossi wants to spend pursuing this, and how much he can gain financially while the appeals are still going on.

Our take away.  Rossi is going to fight this to the very end, and blame it on the oil companies – big brother – the Illuminati -  the corrupt patent system, etc.

His money is coming from licensees anyway. It is not like it is out of his pocket or from the sales of any e-Cats.

On September 10, 2012 documents were received at the USPTO, by John P. Rohner, RE: US Patent application No.: US 2011/0113772 A1. Mr. Rohner agreed to split his patent into two different patents, one for the motor, one for the electronics, with this document submittal the two patents will now go to final examination.

It will be interesting to see what the USPTO has to say about Mr. Rohner’s Noble Gas Engine.  They can still claim the engine will not work without patent #2.  The wait should be over soon.

There has been a lot of discussion, since Mr. Rossi had his first major PR demo in January 2011, about his past projects including his Thermoelectric project with the DOD/DOE.  Nobody has been able to find out much about it.  Now Gary Wright has created a page on his website called “Rossi’s Thermoelectric DOD/DOE Scam” that looks like an update to his progress in his investigation into that part of Mr. Rossi’s life.  You can read the complete story HERE.  Open the article to get the link.

The project of Mr. Andrea Rossi has been criticized from the day of his first public demonstration in January 2011. Many articles, from the major media to internet bloggers, have chimed in with their voice.

The most vocal critic at this time is a website called “shutdownrossi.com.” The theme of that website is: “Rossi & e-Cat a Scam/Fraud or True – You Decide”  The major writer on that website, Gary Wright, has just posted a comment about why he thinks Mr. Andrea Rossi is involved in a” scam.”

We thought it was interesting enough to ask Mr. Wright if we could put up the complete, very short article here. So, with his permission, here is Mr. Wright’s thoughts on why he calls Mr. Andrea Rossi a scammer and fraudster.

This website has tried to show with clear and convincing evidence that Mr. Rossi and his e-Cat Farce clearly comes under the definitions as shown above.  If the public and those in the cold fusion/LENR field refuse to open their eyes and minds to look at the truth, there is no hope for them.  At least we have done all we could to shine a little light on the methods and practices of Mr. Rossi, his partners, and the scientists, engineers, and others supporting his fraud and swindle – the e-Cat – Hot Cat – Classic Cat or anything else you want to to call it.

The website of Gary Wright was down for a little while and the rumors started with-in minutes. (Gary Wright has a website that is very critical of Mr. Rossi, because Mr. Rossi refuses to allow a 3rd party validation of the e-cat.) Was he hacked, was he afraid of legal repercussions, was he shut down by Mr. Rossi, these were just some of the comments.

a) What effect do you think it has on the struggling field of cold fusion/LENR every time a writer writes about this? It is very rare that an article is written that does not include comments about Mr. Rossi’s scam and fraud.  Wouldn’t it be nice if all the articles could be about the legitimate cold fusion/LENR projects and people? Imagine how fast the public perception of this field would turn around.  Funding would increase exponentially.  People on the fence would jump off and start to become a part of this growing field.  More well known scientists would get involved because this black eye had been healed, and the junk science label would gradual go away.  But these good things will not happen as long as people like Mr. Andrea Rossi are running their scams and swindles, who wants to be a part of that?

The following information was given to us to publish.

It has been verified and is true and authentic.

One of the signatories on Mr. Rossi’s “Voluntary Certificate” has stated the following:

“Anyway my personal judgment is SGS name is being used to deliver the idea of a kind of certification totally different from what we stated.”

“In the disclaimer we clearly state our certificate shall not be used for commercial purpose. It seems to me here the certificate was sent with a scope in violation with our disclaimer.”

“The machine is not certified”

That is all we have at this time.  We were told the investigation is continuing.

While we wait for the much anticipated report on the testing of the 600C e-cat, there are other stirrings in the Rossi world. This new story has its roots way back into 2010.

On June 27, 2012 Peter Gluck posted the text of a Skype interview he had recorded with someone claiming to be from DGTG management two days previously.

Peter Gluck did not give the name of the person being interviewed, which we thought was extremely odd since this was just an informal chat, and did not involve military secrets. Mr. Gluck did not state the reason for the interview in the original article. But it looked like a news release trying to attract more money through investor licensing, but in the form of an interview.

Then on July 4th, 2012 at 4:36 AM Christos Stremmenos felt the unrestrained urge to reply to the article by Mr. Gluck on the personnel blog of Andrea Rossi HERE: http://www.journal-of-nuclear-physics.com/?p=645&cpage=4#comment-269793

That is where the story ends so far, we are now waiting for Mr. Stremmenos to swiftly sweep in and cleverly steal the ball back as Mr. Gluck is moving towards his basket for a slam dunk.

Instead of writing about this odd exchange in narrative form we have decided to just ask some questions, in the hope that the players in this game, Mr. Gluck, Mr. Stremmenos, and someone from DGT will see the wisdom and advantage they will get by posting their replies here on this website.

1. Why was the identity of the person from DGT in the original interview with Mr. Gluck withheld?
2. What was the purpose of the original interview with Mr. Gluck?
3. Who initiated the original interview with Mr. Gluck?
4. The last time Mr. Stremmenos responded to statements from Defkalion he did so through Mats Lewan via Ny Teknik a public news magazine who had been covering the ongoing story.  Why didn’t he respond the same way this time?
5. Both Andrea Rossi and Defkalion claim that they just want to be left alone so they can work in peace and quiet, so why did Defkalion do this interview?
6. For full disclosure, does Mr. Stremmenos have a business relationship with Mr. Andrea Rossi, or any company associated with Rossi?
7. For full disclosure, did Mr. Stremmenos invest any money with Mr. Andrea Rossi, or any company associated with Rossi?
8. For full disclosure, did Mr. Stremmenos invest any money with Defkalion, or any company associated with Defkalion?
9. For full disclosure, if Mr. Stremmenos did invest any money with Defkalion, or any company associated with Defkalion, did he get his money back when he severed his ties with them?
10. For full disclosure, did Mr. Gluck invest any money with Defkalion, or any company associated with Defkalion?
11. For full disclosure, does Mr. Gluck have a business relationship with Defkalion, or any company associated with Defkalion?
12. Instead of just slinging mud back and forth why doesn’t Mr. Stremmenos post a copy of the contract Defkalion had with Rossi’s Italian company EFA, that is if the contract is now null and void as both parties claim?
13. In the original interview DGT says they were created in 2011, but Marianne Macy published a report on Jan 14, 2011 in which she states that Defkalion had been testing e-cats for over 6 months.  No one has ever published a correction to her statement.  When did Defkalion truly get involved with Andrea Rossi and his companies?
14. In the original interview DGT says that they assembled a group of scientists after the breakup with Rossi.  Why don’t the publish the names of these scientists and the results of their research?
15. In the rebuttal by Mr. Stremmenos he says he is coming to the defense of “the dignity of LENR or COLD FUSION.”  Now if Mr. Stremmenos is truly worried about defending the dignity of LENR and Cold fusion why has he partnered with a known felon, someone who conned the US government for a personnel gain of $900,000, created and walked away from $millions in environmental damage, and refuses to allow a true 3^rd party test of his device and claims?
16. In the rebuttal by Mr. Stremmenos he also says DGT was formed in 2010.  Why doesn’t someone post the original legal documents creating DGT, to put this matter to rest?
17. In the rebuttal by Mr. Stremmenos he says “…when a certain sum would have been guaranteed for collection on the part of EFA, subsequent to the success of a test performed by a certifying body (the University of Patras).” Now it is clear that no 3^rd party independent test of a Rossi e-cat was ever done at the University of Patras, so why does Mr. Stremmenos think DGT was at fault in the supposed breakup, causing a contract cancellation?
18. Mr. Gluck says on his blog that the 3^rd party independent test at the University of Patras was to last over 48 hours.  Now this should not have been a big deal for Rossi because he claimed to have a device working for over 2 years heating his “factory.” Where is any report of a test over 24 hours by Rossi with an e-cat?
19. Why hasn’t Defkalion provided any test reports as they promised?
20. It is clear people are tired of all of the conflicting claims that have anything to do with Andrea Rossi and  Defkalion, why don’t they step up and start producing some documentation about everything they do and say?  Every new episode like this just makes them both look more and more like they don’t have anything they claim.
